If you live with food allergies or sensitive skin like I do, you already know — not all beauty products are created equal. Some ingredients can be sneaky, and let’s be real: reading a 30-line label in the middle of Sephora is not the vibe. After lots of trial, error, patch testing, and label decoding, these are 10 brands and products (in no specific order) that have earned a permanent spot in my routine.
