Quick reminder, I am not a medical professional! I’d love to hear your story too—feel free to shoot me an email, share your own tips, or give me new ideas to talk about. You can also find me over on Instagram @eatsafelivebig where I share more day-to-day life with allergies.

Here we go!

XXOO,
JJ
